Gorilla trekking is a bucket-list experience that brings you face-to-face with our closest relatives in the wild. Here's what you need to know.
The Experience
Treks typically start early morning and can last 2-8 hours depending on where the gorilla families are located. You'll hike through dense forest with experienced guides and trackers.
Once You Find Them
You'll spend one magical hour observing the gorillas as they eat, play, and interact. Keep a 7-meter distance and follow your guide's instructions.
